Knowledge/experience requirements:
Good knowledge of the entire furniture manufacturing process
Frame assembly, springing, webbing, foam application, fabric/leather cutting
Recovering and restoring furniture (eg, lounges, chairs, beds, cushions, etc)
Working with both leather and fabric upholstery
Ability to read and interpret product specifications, plans and measurements
Desirable (but not essential) knowledge/experience:
Traditional upholstery techniques
Restoring/repairing timber
Template/pattern making, sewing, cushion making
Management/team leading
